Innovative technologies for studying well killing in fields with hard-to-recreate reserves
Relevance. This article is devoted to the problems of killing oil and gas wells. The problem of silencing wells was raised in relation to modern high-tech complex wells. Unification of such wells will need to be performed a large number of times during their lifetime, starting from the initial opening of the reservoir to liquidation. Aim. To present one of the solutions in the overall structure of the necessary measures to study and solve technical, geological and technological problems of killing well. Methods. Methods of pumping well killing fluid into a well, regarding the possibility of creating circulation, and the downhole equipment used. Problem statement. As a rule, injecting killing fluid is carried out with high pressure on the formation, which leads to a deterioration in its physical and chemical properties. Therefore, it is necessary to manage and control the operation of technical equipment and technology, create process models taking into account the profile of wells with different types of horizontal sections, i. e. killing wells with controlled pressure, which can be achieved by developing and creating a mobile software and hardware complex that allows killing wells with controlled pressure, preventing the formation from becoming permeable. Results. An empirical formula is proposed for calculating the time of replacement of the injected solution in a well with a horizontal section. The paper introduces the stand that can be used for training and modeling well killing in difficult conditions. The authors briefly describe the methods of injecting the used liquid, and the design of a simulator for practicing the technologies of well killing in directional and horizontal wells, as well as introduce its main elements and operating capabilities. This article will be useful for students, engineers, and teachers at higher and secondary educational institutions.
