Fishing features during the overhaul of complicated emergency oil and gas wells
Relevance. The need to solve a number of scientific, practical and engineering problems in fishing during the overhaul period. The article introduces the information about the causes of accidents in the overhaul of wells, fishing features, which determine and affect the factors and occurrence of the need to repeat the operation, after fishing completion. The last few decades, the bottom of the wells in the AzOil, are planted 139.7 mm operating column and K100-78 collar socket, very often used in the emergency operations, is impossible in it, due to its large external diameter. If it is impossible to maintain underground repair using cable equipment, in wells equipped with intra-working equipment for safe exploitation, the cause of which is prolonged functioning and committed technological disorders during the development and operation of the well, there is an emergency repair work – the extraction of equipment with tubing, using the left drill pipes. For the indicated reasons, the extractive equipment of the complex structure does not succeed in the extracting of intra-abdominal equipment, in view of their overall dimensions; they are extracted in parts that complicates the repair work and extends the deadlines for the repair of wells. The complications lie in the fact that when extracting in parts with standard catchers, one of the constituent elements in mutual contact may be an obstacle to the capture of other elements, and when extracting it is possible to change the location of the constituent elements and it becomes difficult to choose the right tool for subsequent fishing. Aim. To assess and improv the quality of fishing, including when extracting intra-vital equipment of a complex structure. Methods. Correction of fishing methods and improving structures of standard fishing tools adapted to well conditions. Results and conclusions. The use of adjusted fishing methods and advanced standard fishing tools corresponding to the wells, created and ensured the possibility of high-quality, reliable capture and removal of fishing objects from the well.
