Local communities are described by the concept of self logic. The local community self logic is determined through the structured practice, doxology accuracy, spatial arrangement. The author uses the concept of habitus, identity, predicament and coherence of the development patterns with the alternative comprehension of action and structure, description of semantic constructions determining conditioned reports in particular social phenomena. Specific nature of material principle on social one is determined. Associativity of development is explained by comparison of codependencies, scale affect of different levels and spheres inside the community. The communities are described by the inner semantic dependence, by the structuring strength of materiality, inner differentiations, dominant local semantic complexes, physically real spatial structures represented topologically, by the clear regulations, resources and samples of rationaland permanent order. The development of successive hypotheses on the community structure in terms of properly logic meaning is achieved when comparing something similar among them and comparing the constructions of various types of communities.
