The topic of the study is important due to increase of migration processes in post-Soviet area. This phenomenon leads to a number of positive and negative consequences typical for all countries. However the average data of the considered phenomenon is impossible to be used for the development of the effective economic policy at the level of a particular region. That is why it is necessary to investigate regional features of the process. The purpose of the investigation is to find out the dependence of the labor market condition in Novosibirsk region on the migration processes and to form some recommendations on their negative influence elimination. Methods: The investigation was based on the combination of principles of historical and logical analysis, moreover the author has used the methods of comparison, correlation and regression analysis and other common economic, static and analytic methods. Results: The migration processes of Novosibirsk region were characterized. The influence of migration on the labor market was marked. The author has marked as well the problems of the labor market, caused by migration. Some measures to improve the situation on the labor market were proposed.
